Which Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept VISA and MasterCard. You may also pay by PayPal or via Shopify payments. We also accept e-transfers if you place your order by phone or email.
Do you share customer information with third parties?
We do not share customer information with third parties under any circumstances. We value our customers and honour their privacy.
If I place an order, will I start receiving mail/email from you?
We do not automatically add our online customers to our mailing list and recipient information is never added to our mailing list. If you would like to be on our mailing list, there is an option to sign up during the checkout process.
If you join our email list and later decide you no longer wish to receive communication from us, simply go to the bottom of any page of this website and select ‘Unsubscribe from our mailing list’.
How can I be sure that my order went through?
Please ensure your email address has been entered correctly. If you do not receive any confirmation email from us, please email us or call us immediately as there may be a problem with your order.
Can I check the status of my order online?
An email will be sent to you with tracking information.
If I do not wish to use my credit card online can I place an order over the phone?
Please feel free to place your order over the phone at 416-651-3042. We will be happy to assist you.
What happens if I am not satisfied with your products? Can I get a refund or return?
We guarantee our products to be of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the condition of one of our selections, you can contact us and expect us to do the right thing. Please see our ‘Return Policy’ for more information.
Can I customize my order with different items than those offered in your current gift packages? Is there an additional cost to do so?
We are always happy to customize. There is no additional charge to do so. Feel free to contact us to talk about making a special gift for you.
Are you a nut-free facility?
No, we are not. Many of our products and some of our NonnaCookies do not contain nuts, but none are produced in nut-free facilities.
All of our products include a list of ingredients on the packaging. Email us for NonnaCookies nutritional information.
Can I include a card or personal message with my gift?
Yes of course! Once your online order is completed, we will email you for your personal message and we will add it with your gift free of charge.
If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address, will you reship the item?
Yes, but additional charges will apply. When you receive email confirmation from us, please double check the information you entered and advise us of any changes immediately.
What are your shipping rates?
For orders under 3 kilos, we offer standard delivery within 3 to 7 business days. To keep things simple, we offer 3 convenient flat rates: Local Toronto (Lakeshore Blvd to Steeles and Kipling to Victoria Park): $15, Within GTA (Markham, Woodbridge, Mississauga, Scarboro): $20, Rest of Canada: $25. For orders over 3 kilos and faster delivery options, shipping rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply. Give us a call to review your needs.
