Refunds or Returns
Since we started our business 15 years ago, we are happy to report that we have never had a customer request a refund or return. That said, our commitment is this: if you are not satisfied with the condition of any of our products, you can contact us and trust us to do the right thing.
Any refunds or replacement claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for ‘change of mind’ situations or where personal taste differences occur. We will not be responsible for any damages or non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is not there to receive the package, or incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed.
All of our orders are confirmed via email, at which time, any dietary considerations may be addressed.
